[Ofa_boardplus] "SNIA/OFA Work Register"

This term won't make a lot of sense to most of you. It refers to a document
being developed between our organizations to describe some work to be
undertaken in the area of PM over Fabrics. This is a SNIA document,
required to get various approvals and we'll review the same doc at some
point, probably by the Board.

I'll be offering some thoughts on this at the XWG meeting soon. Paul will
be on a critical call with SNIA to present this doc, again, as part of
their approval process.

BTW this is "pick a number close to 100% finished", but it's not yet final.
I wouldn't be offering it if it wasn't worth looking at, given that
