[Ofa_boardplus] May OFA Board Meeting

The May Board meeting for the OFA has been postponed to the 4th Thursday, May 24.
Next week, the 3rd Thursday - normally reserved for Board meetings, will be an XWG meeting.

There are 2 officer positions open for which nominations are due by the May 24 Board Meeting.
The vote will occur at the June Board Meeting (June 21).

The 2 positions up for election are Chair and Secretary.
The term for these positions is 2 years.
Anyone affiliated with a Promoter Member organization is eligible for these positions.

Mike Aguilar has been nominated for Secretary.

The Chair position, at this time, has no nominations.
