[Ofa_boardplus] OFA Repo and Maintainer List cleanup

Arlin says it is also still packaged in the community OFED, but there has not been updates to it in a long time. Not sure if anyone still uses it and I recall at one time Rupert
was complaining that these old tools no longer work with the latest Mellanox H/W and would need some work. I also recall that Mellanox may now have their
own proprietary versions of these, but I am not 100% sure of that.

have no interest in it.

The package is bundled by RedHat and provided as part of the base distro.

So … Doug Ledford - any idea how/why this is still being bundled and distributed ?
