[Ofa_boardplus] OFA Repo and Maintainer List cleanup

So … Doug Ledford - any idea how/why this is still being bundled and distributed ?
The build date is 2016.
Yikes !

We don't drop it unless upstream deprecates it.  There hasn't been a
notice of deprecation upstream as of yet, so we still have it.  We will
be happy to drop it from future distributions if upstream no longer
considers it worthwhile to maintain.

Who has the authority and/or responsibility to call “deprecated” on this puppy ?

Can the OFA do that ?
