Title slide: Just delete the red text – it’s not necessary.  Add a date, and I think you’re done for now.

Consider adding a Slide 1 listing the active participants, and identifying their respective companies.  This shows strong support for the concept and suggests a likelihood that a proposed working group will be well attended.

Sean’s comments are right on, particularly w.r.t. slides 5 & 6.

Re; Sean’s comment about IB vendors not feeling compelled to participate.  He’s probably right, but I’m not particularly concerned either.  The objective is to provide interfaces and functions that make management applications transportable between different fabrics.  If we come up with something of sufficient value, the consumers of the OFM will drive demand for appropriate IB plug-ins. 

I probably won’t make tomorrow’s meeting.

When it comes time to ask the Board to approve the charter, we should also consider suggesting a nominee for Chair and/or Co-Chair.  Or at least interim versions of each.

There are some technical details about the type of working group being proposed that we need to include in the ask.  I’ll provide those details next week.  Not a big deal, but helpful to be consistent with the emerging Bylaws.
