Rats, I should have realized this and mentioned it just now, but it turns out that I am going to be away from my desk during the Board meeting.  So if it’s me, I’ll need some help from somebody to display the slides.
But looking through the material again just now, the more I think about it, the more appropriate it seems to have Michael present the motion.  (I can walk us through the detail stuff, which is really more like backup than anything else.)  He has way more ownership than I do.

Michael, are you okay with that?

Sorry for the late breaking churn, but I am confident that this team is of one mind on this stuff.

That was my thought Russ, if it seems okay to the group.  There may be some residual discussion emerging from your excellent presentation last week, and the question of a so-called “works of authorship” working group (versus a “collaborative” working group, which is what we are proposing) may also come up.
I think Doug is planning on keeping the agenda for tomorrow pretty light, planning to spend the meeting mainly on this topic, and the question of approving the Bylaws and IPR policy for review.  So there should be plenty of time for discussion if needed.
