[ofiwg] jVerbs - Native RDMA support in Java available now

Please find attached a short primer on jVerbs (real RDMA out of the JVM).
Stuff went into current IBM JDK and is ready for downloading.
Would be great if we could get some 10 min at this or one of the following
OFIWG calls to look at it.
