[Openframeworkwg] revisiting the OFWG name

Given the choice between 'device direct' versus 'process direct IO', I would lean toward the latter.  We're defining the APIs around the application requirement, versus trying to expose what each device does.

Additionally, I believe we'll eventually want to expose capabilities that are best thought of as being part of the network itself (e.g. collective operations, topology details).
