[Openframeworkwg] revisiting the OFWG name

Seems to me that the names being suggested fall into four categories:

- names reflecting the consumer of the interface (e.g. PDIO WG),

- names reflecting the target of the interface (e.g. Device Direct),

- names reflecting the mechanism being proposed to hold these interfaces (e.g. Open Framework)

- names reflecting what we're actually doing e.g. Open Fabrics Interface WG. (Is my bias beginning to show?)

Two other considerations: It would be helpful (but not required) if the name/acronym we choose could also be applied to the resulting work product, and IMHO it should reflect its open source/OFA heritage.

So I vote for OpenFabrics Interface (OFI), and OpenFabrics Interface Working Group (OFIWG), respectively.

I like "Open Fabrics Interfaces" the best since it is generic (gives us headroom to grow) and uniquely name-scoped within the Open Fabrics org.

Either of these names seems simple and self-explanatory enough to me.
