[ofiwg] SC15 BoFs

Greetings - there is an opportunity for us to propose BoFs for SC15.  I suggest that we propose two separate BoFs, one focused on libfabric and the other focused on the DS/DA work.

In the next two emails I will circulate a proposed abstract for each.  Let's discuss these by email.  The deadline for submission is this Friday evening 8/7/15.
