[ofiwg] OFA website down again

It works for me as well, but a colleague at Sandia could not get in.
It might be on a list somewhere as being vulnerable to some exploit - that was the Sandia person's guess.

… kind of harsh words about taking OFA seriously simply because you cannot access their website…  :)
