Nice to see an API starting to get batted around!
Biggest things I see missing is interrupt management (coalescing values, etc.) and kernel probably needs richer memory registration semantics. (e.g. here I have a batch of already pinned buffer-pool pages, I just need to register them for DMA). I'd like to at least see these classes of calls mentioned, even if no specifics provided.
pg 9 - still says "kofi_provider" (old API name?)
