[ofiwg] Gentle reminder: please finish v1.3 issues today

The plan is to release v1.3 tomorrow.  Please finish the rest of your testing and integration items as listed in the open "Prepare <foo> provider for the v1.3 release" *today*.

Finishing them today will allow us to do all the final integration and testing (and all the other release engineering stuff) tomorrow.
