[ofiwg] NetApp KFabric (DS/DA) Code Drop

Hi All,

I just dropped a Kfabric implementation with a functional verbs provider and a test program as the result of the work coming from DS/DA workgroup in the past year. It is not hardened code, but the main functionality is all there.

With this drop, there are two versions of Kfabric under ofiwg/kfabric directory.
The next step is to converge those two versions into one single implementation.
