[ofiwg] OFIWG agenda for 12/19

The next scheduled OFIWG is for 12/19.  This is an open call to add your own agenda items!

Based on discussions at the last OFIWG, I'm hoping to use at least part of the time discussing C++ standardization that has previously been brought up by Chris, and was also presented at the SC 17 OFI BoF.  Chris, will you be able to attend the next meeting?

As a reminder, the proposal is for the OFIWG to look at what sort of extensions for supporting fabric services would make sense for C++.  A starting point for reference is the Asio C++ library:

Finding an Asio experts, or someone wanting to become the Asio export themselves, might be useful for this endeavor.
