[ofiwg] OFIWG, DSDA meeting cadence for 2017

Following this morning's meetings, the new meeting cadence for 2017 is as follows:


1.      DSDA meets biweekly, beginning next Tuesday, 1/10/17 from 8:00 - 9:00AM PST

2.      OFIWG meets biweekly, beginning the following Tuesday, 1/17/17 from 9:00-10:00AM PST
