[ofiwg] proposal to add scalability testing to fabtests

This is just an FYI, but there's the start of a proposal to add scalability testing to fabtests.  The goal is to support tests that can perform data transfers between more than 2 nodes.  So far only a couple of header files have been posted for how tests can hook into a testing framework.  I'm guessing the framework code will be available within a couple of weeks, followed by an actual test that uses it.  See:
