As just an FYI, I added a v1.5.x branch to the upstream repo.  There are currently no plans for a 1.5.1 release (next release is targeting 1.6.0).  That could change based on need.  But any bug fixes that are needed for 1.5.0 should be added to the v1.5.x branch.
