libfabric pre-release v1.6.0rc2 is now available:

Also, fabtest pre-release v1.6.0rc1 is available:

https://github.com/ofiwg/fabtests/releases/tag/v1.6.0rc1

These should both be close to the final release. I'm only aware of a small set of changes for the new memory registration cache that is pending for 1.6.  A final release is expected within the next couple of weeks, pending the discovery of any issues.
