I opened a PR that does the following: - Removes fi_msg_rma, fi_rdm_rma, and fi_msg_stream streaming tests The benchmark bw tests provide equivalent coverage. - Merges the 'streaming' and 'simple' directories into 'functional'. The test scripts and config files are hopefully updated correctly. Sean
