As discussed last meeting, I plan on kicking off a discussion around 'Smart Networks' (to pair with SmartNICs).  A focus area will be offloading collective operations into the fabric, but the overall scope is intended to be larger than that.  I now have a presentation that starts breaking down some of the requirements, but it will likely take more than one meeting to cover.
 
A separate topic is the 1.7.1 release status.
