During OFIWG discussions a request was for an updated v1.11.1 release of libfabric in order to address some critical issues. The target release date is within 1-2 weeks, as soon as fixes are available for identified bugs. Maintainers, if there are any fixes in master that have not been pulled into the 1.11.x branch, please do so ASAP. - Sean
