[ofiwg] libfabric 2.0.0alpha is now available

The libfabric community is happy to announce that the release of v1.22.0alpha, of libfabric and fabtests is now available:

The alpha release doesn't contain all the features planned for 2.0 (that is the target of the beta release). The major changes compared to v1.x releases are the deprecation of some APIs. It is still fully backward compatible with previous releases, but applications may see compile time warnings if deprecated APIs are used. 

A new provider, LPP, is also included in this release.
