[ofiwg] No OFIWG meeting on 11/26 - OOO, and some notes

Taking vacation for the week, I am cancelling this meeting occurrence. 

Just a reminder that a new branch "v2.0.x" has been created after the rc1 release. Any new commits targeting v2.0.0 will need to be cherry-picked to this branch. Please mark such PRs with the new "for-2.0.x" label. 

Due to the holiday season more time is allocated to prepare for rc2. Tentative timeline: 12/6 rc2, 12/13 GA.
