[ofiwg] Libfabric 2.0.0beta is now availabe

The libfabric community is happy to announce that the release of v2.0.0beta, of libfabric and fabtests is now available:

The beta release contains all the new features planned for 2.0. In addition, a new provider, LNX, is included for technology preview.
