[ofiwg] No OFIWG meeting on 11/18/2025

Have to cancel the meeting due to a hard schedule conflict (affecting me and other Intel folks).

Just a reminder for the upcoming v2.4.0 release:

* RC1: 12/1/2025
* RC2: 12/8/2025
* GA: 12/15/2025

New branch will be created when RC1 is ready to be published. And RC2 will be kind of "code freeze" -- only critical bug fixes are expected between RC2 and GA.
