[Ofvwg] OFVWG concall tomorrow (9/8) - RDMA device reset flows

Hi all,

The agenda for this week's meeting is to discuss reset flows for RDMA devices.
This is challenging because an RDMA device might have user-space consumers while the device is being reset.

We will present the solution approach that was recently accepted upstream, detail the necessary provider support and application semantics, and discuss future work on this subject.
