[Ofvwg] [ANNOUNCE] Open Fabrics Verbs Working Group (OFVWG) meeting this week - 08/01/17 at 11:00PDT

In oder to have a fruitful discussion its useful to have some time to
think about it before talking about it. Otherwise a lot of time may be
spent on questions while people process the new ideas.

It also allows those on the mailing list that do not have time to dial in
to participate.
