Thanks!  The changes to ib_types are committed in revision 211, and the changes
to IPoIB are committed in revision 212.

I removed the event logging of driver initialization succeeding, as it seemed
pointless.  Imagine if every kernel driver logged that it loaded and initialized
successfully - the event log would quickly get filled, with mostly useless
entries.

I made very minor edits of the event log messages.
