[Openib-windows] [patch] resource files

I'll top post here because HTML mail is a PITA. To add to what Sean
said, please select "plain text" when sending mail to the mailing list.
It is far easier to quote plain text, as well as resulting in smaller
messages.

Thanks,

Fab

Attched is a file with patch to the resource files.
It include debug prefix before debug version sys file or application
And I also add resource file to vstat.
Pls review it and CI to OpenIB

Thanks
Yossi

I know this is windows development, but could everyone please still post
patches inline in the mail messages, rather than sending an attachment
with an unrecognized extension? If sending mail using Outlook, you can
Insert files as text by selecting the down arrow button from the Insert
File dialog.

Thanks,
Sean
