[Openib-windows] Installing OpenIB Driver on a Dell 1750

I tried installing the HCA driver(1.0.0.127) and it ended up saying
"this device cannot start". I am seeing this behaviour for Windows 2003
Enterprise Edition both with and without SP1.

Also the FAQ page doesn't say clearly on what version of Windows has the
support (like Enterprise (with or without SP1??) and details like that.

Any help is appreciated.
