[Openib-windows] SDP kernel driver was just checked in to the repository

I'm excited to announce that the SDP kernel driver was just checked in
to the repository.
 
Please note that the current code doesn't compile, since it depends on
the ARP patch to the IPOIB module. This patch was already submitted many
times so I'm not resending it.
 
In order to manually install the driver, please run the command: 
sc create sdp type= kernel binPath= \systemroot\system32\drivers\sdp.sys
 
Please note that the current code is still in beta version.
