Hi Yael,

I had sent feedback about the patch on September 2nd.  There was one large issue
- that of the license, which should be the BSD-only, not the dual BSD/GPL.
Other than that, I requested that the changes be supplied as a patch to the
existing qlockpool.h header in inc\complib, rather than as a separate file.
