[Openib-windows] SC05 branch

Folks,

I have created a branch at svn://windows.openib.org/gen1/branches/sc05.  This
branch will serve as the basis for any SC05 OpenIB demonstrations on the SCinet.
Individual companies will be expected to use their own binaries built from this
branch or a derivative thereof.  Any derivative must be compatible on the wire
with the sc05 branch.

The branch is committed as revision 78.
