I backed out my rkey changes and tested with MTHCA on both sides of
the connection, and it still fails in the same way.

Attached is an IB trace of the test, if that helps at all.

To reproduce, install the WSD provider on both machines, then on one run:

ttcp -r

and on the other:

ttcp -t -l 10000 -n 1 <peer IP>

The sender will incorrectly report that it transfered the 10000 bytes,
but the receiver will show 0 bytes.  This same test with the
VAPI-based driver works.

Setting the IBWSD_NO_READ environment variable to any value on both
sides will disable use of RDMA read in the WSD provider, but the same
failure occurs using RDMA writes.
