Hi Jeremy,
On a system with the drivers installed, you can run the FW update
utility to display information about the FW installed on the HCA. 
You'll need to download the utility, available here:
http://windows.openib.org/downloads/binaries/1.0.0.213/tools/
Look for the hcafwupdate utility for your architecture.
You'll want to run it like this:
hcafwupdate -j
This queries the first HCA in the system and displays its information.
 Unfortunately, the utility doesn't display the PSID for the HCA (the
next build will do so) so it's not trivial to figure out what FW image
you should try to burn other than by inspection of the HCA.
