Folks,

I've posted a build for SVN revision 308 to the web server:

http://windows.openib.org/downloads/binaries/1.0.0.308

The matching symbols have been added to the symbol server.

I have also put the output of the build in the bin subdirectory, allowing people
to use debug binaries if they need them.

The change log since 295 follows:

[WSD] Set default polling count from 0 to 500

This changes the default behavior of the provider to favor latency
at the cost of CPU utilization.  This was disabled previously because
of bugs in the WinSock DLL that have been fixed in hotfix KB901481.
