[Openib-windows] MTHCA incompatibilities with SRP driver

Hi Leonid,

The SRP driver attempts to register kernel virtual memory when it allocates
receive descriptors.  The MTHCA driver currently doesn't support kernel
clients performing virtual memory registrations.

When do you expect to have virtual memory registration supported for kernel
clients?

Note that the SRP driver also tries to resize the CQs, but only to down-size
them, so a failure here is not as critical.
