[Openib-windows] [ANNOUNCE] Build 1.0.0.459 posted

Greetings all,

I just uploaded the latest build, 1.0.0.459, based on revision 459 of the
repository.

The major changes in this release are:
- Support for kernel virtual memory registrations.  Enables SRP with the
MTHCA driver.
- Failback to "livefish" mode when HCA firmware is too old to allow FW
update to work.

Please provide feedback on your experience with these drivers.
