[Openib-windows] [ANNOUNCE] Build 1.0.0.459 posted

The official stand of Microsoft is the STORPORT miniport wrapper is not
capable of creating a correctly functioning virtual scsi adapter. This
view is shared by many highly experienced Windows kernel developers.
By breaking a lot of the rules, or living with degraded performance,
it's possible to make a virtual scsi driver that mostly works, although
it has no chance of WHQL certification.
Microsoft is working on an enhanced version of STORPORT that will
correctly function as a virtual scsi adapter. No release schedule has
been committed to, although informally I have been told it will be in
Longhorn server (and maybe even in Vista), and a QFE (i.e. special
update) will be available for Windows 2003.

Hello,
Has the SRP initiator been tested using the HCT? Which deficits are
there?
Is it possible to use the SCSI Controller tests from the HCT or is there
something special required?
Regards,
Mirko
