[Openib-windows] SRP error flow

While trying to bring up our SRP target I notice that I get recv
completion with LOCAL_PROTECTION_ERR.
I am still debug this problem but I notice that the initiator keep
sending packet on that session even though the send QP is in error
state.
 
I found in the code the following TODO massage both in completion with
error on recv and send
   // TODO: Kill session and inform port driver link down
scsiportnotification
 
Do you plan to implement this  ?
If not can you explain what is necessary to do here, and I will try to
generate patch ?
