[Openib-windows] Bug in ib_bus.inf causing IOU install problem?

Hello,

We have tested SRP on XP/64 with our target and Rob's changes. OpenIB 
rev was 1.0.0.384 / binary from web site.

It works ok with the old Mellanox HCA driver. However, the system 
crashed during SRP driver installation when using the new Mellanox HCA 
driver.
