Changes:

Based on Mellanox new low level driver (mthca)

Catch-up with OpenIB head 376

Removed 2 second IPoIB port down patch (madstat u)

Newer firmware files (4.7.6)

 

Evgeniy:

1)       Treat this version as a entirely new release, and CHECK
EVRYTHING

2)       Send me performance matrix: IPoIB, WSD (iperf), Pallas, etc

3)       Check livefish (hca jumper) support - I don't think that the
ib_burn utility handles it correctly

4)       Check newer firmware files

5)       Check carefully madstat u scenario
