The checked build was broken, so I fixed that and checked it in as revison 381.

Note that I also changed some of the definitions for WPP in the
user-mode DLL, we were missing the -dll flag to WPP_RUN, as well as
defining WPP_OLDCC since we're building C code.  I added both and the
build worked fine.
