[Openib-windows] incorrect release of resources

Hi Fabian,
 
Running applications i've come across the following problem:
    Sometimes, usually when an application has been prematurely
cancelled, IBAL releases the aplication resources in the wrong sequence:
    it first calls _um_close, which releases the general application
context, and then calls to _destroy_qp and _destroy_cq, which use this
context.
 
Could you imagine what can be the possible reason ?
