[Openib-windows] mthca driver has been added to the trunk

Hi Leonid, Tzachi,

I noticed the license files on the MTHCA driver are the Linux dual
BSD/GPL license.  This license is incompatible with the DDK, and must
be the OpenIB BSD-only license used for the Windows project.  The
kernel code cannot be GPL, as stipulated when the Windows project was
defined.

Please update the files to reflect this.
