Hello,
  3 out of 4 Windows Server 2003 SP1 IA64 systems after a fresh OS
install blue-screen crash when ibbus.sys (svn.614) loads? DbgView shows
the call to SetupDiInstallDevice failing...

Recent head of svn tree (751) exhibits the same behavior for IA64.

Any idea's ?
