[Openib-windows] Correction to address change (new address is ofw at lists.openfabrics.org)

Here's a slight correction to the e-mail I sent out earlier regarding
the address change.  Rather than the broad list name of 'windows,' the
new list address will be:

ofw at lists.openfabrics.org

Furthermore, the subject headers of the e-mail will be prefixed with
[ofw].

The transition date is still Friday, 2/16/07.

Sorry for the confusion.
