Erez,

The file delete error you have seen, but I have not until recently,
turns out to be different behaviors between Win2K3(32bit) 1st time
uninstalls and subsequent uninstalls on the same win2K3(32b) system.
The first WinOF uninstall you get the file delete permission error,
subsequent uninstalls do not generate the error, or at least not on my
system? I will be glad when we start using the DIF (Device Install
Framework) and get out of the by-hand business.

The fix, be tolerant of file delete permission errors.
