[ofw] problems with access to windows.openib.org

Alex,

There were DNS changes that occurred over the past couple of days to move all traffic to the new server.  When I check for the windows.openib.org subdomain, its looking at the new machine at 69.55.231.195.  If anyone on the list knows the IP address of the windows repositories, I can contact the DNS administrators to update the records again.
